All the Seasons Came
Oil and acrylic on canvas, 36cm x 25cm
This painting is a response to living in the West of Ireland, where we could get four seasons in one day. It shows the strength of nature. I originally thought of the 2 triangles in the foreground as mountains, but someone told me they looked like tents, which works really well to show our human presence in a powerful world.
I like people to come up with their own personal interpretations, as there are many layers to every painting, some of which even the artist is even unaware.
