My paintings celebrate the magic and mystery of nature, I love the symbolism around birds, particularly the mystique of corvids, they symbolise mystery, wisdom, intelligence and the link between the material and spiritual world. In some cultures they symbolise death but death symbolises rebirth. Cherry blossoms also symbolise rebirth and new beginnings so I think they go well together.
