This is part of a silver birch series I've recently being doing and I called this one "Journey at Dawn because I get a quiet, tranquil feeling off it that I feel when I'm up early in the morning when most people are asleep, it's such a beautiful time. I love to include swans because in ancient Ireland, swans symbolised light and purity and were thought to connect us to the Otherworld of gods and goddesses, they also symbolise love because they mate for life.
